* A one-day Room Rental rate for Webster Hall is $35,000.  ***We are open to discussing rental fee based on time of year, number of days being taken, etc. * Room Rental includes:  Full Venue (we only do one event/show/shoot at Webster Hall at a time);  Stage (36’ wide x 25’ deep – goes to 29’1” wide at proscenium which is half way back on stage);  in-house Lights/Sound with the boards to run both - See Tech Specs attached.  * The exact number of hours and time frame needed in the venue per day depends on your needs (can be up to 24 hour rental per day based on what is happening prior to and post your rental days).   * Additional costs for security, labor, IT, other production elements, etc. are based your specific event requirements. * Webster Hall has in-house video capabilities available at a nominal additional charge   * The General Manager and/or Event Manager will be available (at no additional cost) to assist you as your “go-to” person at your event, as well as WH Production Manager to assist with your technical needs from the house side.                                                                                                                                          * Webster Hall is a union venue for any stage related production needs, and requires our in-house team from the house side to be on site.  You may bring in your own labor, though shadow labor may be required. We can give you an accurate labor quote once we get your technical needs in writing. Rate card attached - *Pricing subject to change at any time*   * All your security needs are provided by the venue.  As with production labor, you are welcome to bring in additional security above and beyond what the venue requires for the house positions.  Security costs vary depending on the nature of the event and the number of hours.    * We welcome all outside caterers so long as they have a food handlers license and certificate of insurance.    * All liquor/beverage requests are accommodated by the venue (coffee and tea to be brought in from an outside vendor).  Bar options include cash bar, drink tickets, consumption bar, or open bar (or a combination.) *Pricing subject to change at any time*
