Send your date, venue and rough guest count to info@valdezny.com or call (646) 552-1579 and we will confirm availability and send a proposal the same day.
Two to three weeks is comfortable; peak weeks (holidays, fashion week, end of quarter) go earlier. That said — send the date regardless. If we can make it work on short notice, we will, and we'll tell you plainly if we can't.
New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island and the Hamptons, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, New Jersey. Travel is quoted by location.
That's our whole reason to exist — custom cups, signage, menu cards, cart styling, and a signature drink developed for your brand. For lighter touches, cart styling and branded cups are available as add-ons on any event.
Yes - we partner with local NYC bakeries. Selection and quantities are decided together, in advance.
The cart is self-contained (no plumbing) and needs a 5 × 5 ft space and one outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit.
