The Sweet Wheels Co. provides fully staffed, custom-branded carts for marketing and experiential agencies, corporate events and brand activations across Manhattan, Brooklyn and all five boroughs, as well as product launches, retail pop-ups, holiday parties, tenant appreciation events in premier Manhattan buildings, weddings and upscale private events.
Our hand-built European carts arrive styled, staffed by a uniformed server and ready to serve: The Lucca and Sienna gelato carts, The Lecce churro cart (fried to order), the Cioccolata hot chocolate cart, The Trento coffee cart with a barista and La Marzocco espresso, The Arabello waffle pops, artisan ice pops, The Perla boba cart, crêpes, cannoli and macarons. Every cart can be dressed in your brand, from a logo decal to a full cart wrap, with custom printed cups, sleeves and menu cards (10 business days from approved artwork; rush available for a fee). Since 2022 we have served 500+ events for clients including Google, Meta, Amazon, Rolex, Netflix, Ferrari, Morgan Stanley, PwC, GUESS, lululemon, Carolina Herrera, Estée Lauder, Lipault Paris and Gisou x Sephora, and we bring the same polish to weddings and private celebrations. All carts are kosher; dairy-free and vegan options are available.
Pricing: a two-hour staffed service for up to 100 guests starts at $1,800 (gelato, hot chocolate and waffle carts $1,850, churros $1,900, boba $1,900, espresso and crêpes $2,000, macarons $2,100) and includes the cart, server, all product, cups, napkins, toppings, setup and breakdown. Extra hours, additional guests, a second cart and custom branding (from $300) are easy add-ons. We carry $5M general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance for your venue; our carts work indoors and outdoors in lobbies, offices, rooftops, ballrooms, tents and storefronts.

Yes. Our La Marzocco espresso and coffee cart comes with a trained barista and serves espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew and matcha with whole, oat and almond milk. It starts at $2,000 for two hours and up to 100 guests, and can be branded with your logo on the cart, cups and even the latte foam.
Yes. Branding is our specialty: choose a logo decal (from $300), a branded hood, a body wrap or a full custom cart wrap (from $3,000), plus custom printed cups, sleeves, napkins and menu cards. Our designer sends a proof before printing. Please allow 10 business days from approved artwork; rush is available for a fee.

Popular dates (holiday season, late spring and summer weekends) book several weeks out. Unbranded carts can often be arranged within a week; custom branding needs 10 business days from approved artwork. A 50% deposit holds your date.
