Located just 1/2 a block off 5th Avenue at 28 West 36th Street, the Penthouse Studio is 4,500 square feet, 24 windows on 3 sides, 4 large skylights, an easily accessible roof top with a great view of the Empire State Building and comes fully furnished with American folk antiques and Shabby Chic down stuffed furniture. The furniture can be moved to another space for events that wish to create their own environment or which simply need more room. Formal dinners up to 120. Cocktail parties up to 200 people.
