About The Ballroom on 74th
The Ballroom on 74th is a new private events venue located on 74th street between 2nd and 1st avenues. With a capacity of 175 guests for seated and over 200 for receptions, we can accommodate a variety of seating configurations. The room is equipped with two 15-foot dropdown screens with built in projector and surround sound speakers.
The Ballroom on 74th is located within the Chiotes Hall which offers also offers conference and meeting rooms for corporate meetings.

Gorgeous bar mitzvah for nephew

Lovely, elegant bar mitzvah for my sister's son. there was ample space for games and food for the kids, as well as a well delineated area for adults to enjoy time as well. The stage was perfect for a large band performance and dancing later in the evening. The kids enjoyed a food truck parked right outside of the venue as an afterparty thing.
