Scandinavia House brings to life the cultures and traditions of the five Nordic countries -– Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Scandinavia House presents a variety of exhibitions in its galleries. Other programs include films, concerts, lectures, and additional events covering the visual and performing arts, literature, technology, science, and business. A selection of modern and contemporary paintings by well-known artists, on long-term loan from national museums in the five Nordic countries can be viewed throughout the Center. Features the 168-seat Victor Borge Hall for performances and lectures, the Heimbold Family Children’s Learning Center, offering programs and activities for children and families, and the Halldór Laxness Library.

Volvo Hall at Scandinavia House was an amazing even venue. We held a non-profit benefit there and were thrilled with the Scandinavian minimalist design that made it a blank canvas for us to design. And the outdoor space is unparalleled - private and quite with beautiful views. Plus, their staff is very helpful and the prices are phenomenal.
