Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for peak dates and larger events. That said, availability varies, and last-minute bookings can sometimes be accommodated depending on the event and location.
Yes. DJ B.Mills carries liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
Guest requests are always handled respectfully and considered within the overall music direction of the event. If a request fits the current vibe, I’m happy to work it in. If not, I may save it for a point later in the night where it can be incorporated more seamlessly, always keeping the client’s preferences and the flow of the event in mind.
Yes. A pre-event consultation is included to discuss the event, music direction, timeline, key moments, and any must-play or do-not-play requests so everything is aligned in advance.
Setup and breakdown are coordinated around the event schedule and venue requirements. When I’m providing the equipment, I handle load-in, setup, sound check, and breakdown directly. I’m also happy to coordinate personally with the venue, AV team, planner, or production staff in advance to make sure all technical and logistical details are aligned.
