Yes. A pre-event consultation is included to discuss the event, music direction, timeline, key moments, and any must-play or do-not-play requests so everything is aligned in advance.
Setup and breakdown are coordinated around the event schedule and venue requirements. When I’m providing the equipment, I handle load-in, setup, sound check, and breakdown directly. I’m also happy to coordinate personally with the venue, AV team, planner, or production staff in advance to make sure all technical and logistical details are aligned.
