Studio is surrounded by best restaurants, bars and shops, and being easily accessible from nearly anywhere in the city (Gramercy Tavern, ABC Kitchen, COTE Korean Steakhouse, Cosme, ilili Restaurant, Kyma, Atoboy, Koloman, Periyali..)
Public transportation: F, L, M, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, 6. Union Square and couple stops from Penn Station and Grand Central.
Our Studios are managed and operated in-house to give clients the best experience.
Rules:
1. Set-up and break down times must be included in the time frame of your booking.
2. No smoking in the building.
3. Alcohol/Catering Permits required.
3. Additional Charges to cleaning fee/repair: if used glitter, sparklers, confetti, paint, poppers, chalk, tape, glue, command strips, tacks, nails/screws.
4. Extremely loud music is allowed on the weekend only (please test the volume level during the site visit).
5. Moving or rearranging furniture is the responsibility of your team.
6. After the event: all decor, food, bottles, etc. must be disposed in garbage bags or taken with you after the booking. Large boxes should be folded. Ice should be taken out.
7. Event manager has the right to end any booking if rules are not followed.
