Audace brings the warmth of an Italian dinner party to Park Avenue South. Ranked #14 in 50 Top Pizza USA 2026, winner of 50 Top Pizza's Best Cocktail List award and recognized by Gambero Rosso among the best Italian restaurants in New York, Audace offers four event settings:
- Private Room: up to 14 guests seated beside our wine wall, enclosed with curtains, with a 65" TV. $1,000 food and beverage minimum.
- Event Room: our private top-floor room with fireplace lounge and covered terrace, up to 40 seated or 60 standing. $5,000 food and beverage minimum.
- Event Room & Rooftop: the whole top floor with our private open-air rooftop, up to 100 standing (40 seated). $10,000 food and beverage minimum.
- Full Buyout: exclusive use of the restaurant, up to 80 seated or 100 standing. $10,000 food and beverage minimum.
There is no room rental fee: each space has a food and beverage minimum spend, reached with any combination of our menus and drinks packages. Minimums exclude 8.875% NY sales tax, 20% gratuity and a 3% credit card processing fee, and are subject to increase in November and December.
Our events team builds every menu around your group, with family-style prix fixe dinners from $75 to $165 per person, standing receptions with passed hors d'oeuvres and Neapolitan pizza stations from $55 to $150 per person, and open bar packages from $55 per person drawn from a wine list of more than 100 Italian labels. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available.

No. Each space has a food and beverage minimum spend instead of a rental fee: $1,000 for the Private Room, $5,000 for the Event Room, and $10,000 for the Event Room & Rooftop or a full restaurant buyout. You can reach the minimum with any combination of our menus and drinks packages.
The minimum excludes 8.875% NY sales tax, 20% gratuity and a 3% credit card processing fee. Minimums in November and December are subject to increase.
The Private Room seats up to 14 guests. The Event Room hosts up to 40 seated or 60 standing. The Event Room & Rooftop hosts up to 100 standing, with seated dinners for up to 40. A full buyout of the restaurant hosts up to 80 seated or 100 standing.
Seated dinner packages from $75 to $165 per person, standing receptions with passed hors d'oeuvres and chef-attended stations from $55 to $150 per person, and open bar packages from $55 per person for the first two hours. Every menu can be customized, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available.
The top floor (Event Room and rooftop) is available until 10 PM. Full restaurant buyouts can run until 12 AM Sunday to Thursday and until 2 AM on Friday and Saturday.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, as all catering and bar service are provided in house. In the Event Room you can play your own music or bring a DJ. Outside music and DJs are not permitted in the Private Room.
Yes. The Event Room includes a 65 inch screen for presentations, and the Private Room has a 65 inch TV available. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
