Muskegon Country Club did a beautiful job helping us plan my parents’ 50th Anniversary celebration. We hosted a special dinner in a private room overlooking the golf course. The drinks, food, cake cutting, and service was top notch. I highly recommend hosting any special event at MCC.

Muskegon Country Club hosted our Admin Team Retreat in August. I commend Jean Ellis and the rest of the staff for their attention to every detail. The space was wonderful, the food was delicious, the lake view was spectacular, and our day went very smooth thanks to all of the staff. Highly recommend them for any event!

We had an excellent experience working with Jean at the Muskegon Country Club. She is easy to work with, even from long distance. Our room was just the right size, had a lovely view of the golf course, and was arranged with easy traffic flow. Although we did not use it, the room does have a nice full bar. The appetizer station and buffet offered high quality food set up efficiently. I appreciated some of the small details that made the room appear tidier and more upscale, such as floor length skirts on the food and additional tables that allowed us to hide the totes we used to bring in decorations.

It was raining on our big day and we ending up last minute deciding to keep our ceremony outside. The staff was very helpful and willing to help keep the ceremony outside regardless of the rain. The food was delicious. The only complaint was getting ready in the locker rooms at the country club since the air conditioning was not working and the temperature was 80 degrees which was not ideal for hair and makeup.

Everything was smooth and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and professional; the food was delicious. The venue was perfect for the rehearsal dinner.

This was a very responsive vendor and they were very professional. I highly recommend.

The Muskegon Country Club has hosted our Muskegon County Public School Boards Alliance dinner a couple of times. Working with Jean Ellis is fabulous. Her attention to all of the details is very much appreciated. The staff on the day of the event is always welcoming and willing to accommodate our every need! The space and the beautiful view of the lake......spectacular!

I hosted an event recently in the Lakeshore Ballroom at Muskegon Country Club and it was lovely! Highly recommend this venue for a wedding, social gathering, or even a work function. The room was spacious with amazing views of Muskegon Lake in March, and the ability to add the golf simulator into the room was so fun!

We hosted a retirement party for roughly 100 people at the Redwater Event Center at the Muskegon Country Club this past weekend. Sarah was beyond helpful to me and very responsive to alllll of the questions that I had. I would work with her and her team again in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Staff, Food and Venue. From the moment I toured the venue to the day of my event. The staff surpassed my expectations! The food was so good! The venue is very nice with breathtaking views of the lake and gorgeous golf course!!! I will be back and will recommend also!!!!

Muskegon Country Club was the perfect setting for our Son's rehearsal dinner. The food was incredibly good and the staff was so professional and courteous. The combination of beauty and setting is unmatched.

Loved this space for our outdoor ceremony. Sarah was incredibly helpful with helping us setup our day. She was able to help with a champagne toast and was accommodating about our other requests as well. The space appears small, but it was perfect once it was decorated and setup. Loved it!

This venue was beautiful! All windows with a view of the golf course. The food was wonderful as well as the service. This room is great for a smaller reception. We loved it.

Baby shower for 21 guests. Sarah was very accommodating and quick to respond. Event space is beautiful, we’ll organized, and clean. Servers were very helpful and quick to replenish food and drinks that had run out.

We had to make a few adjustments on the fly and the staff worked exceptionally well with the modifications.

Having Rehearsal Dinner here went without a hitch... Sarah, the event coordinator was so easy to work with and her follow ups were spectacular!

We have used the Muskegon Country Club/Redwater Events for our off-site executive management team for about 9 months now. This was the best decision we have ever made. The team knows our needs like the back of their hand and things run so smoothly. Our team is able to plan for the future in comfort and privacy.

The event space was great for our event and the event manager was so easy to work with. It seemed that they had many new employees working the night of our dinner and there was a lot of confusion with getting everyone's dinner out on time as well as consistently staffing the bar. The food and atmosphere was great though!

The coordinator was wonderful & very accommodating to all I wanted to accomplish for my daughter's wedding shower! The room was great, drinks, food & dessert served @ the right times! Couldn't be happier! I have 2 other daughters as well & now interesting in having a wedding event there in the future!

THE GROUP WAS HAPPY TO COME THERE AND SAID THEY HAD A VERY GOOD TIME. I HEARD THIS FROM MANY OF OUR AQUA WAVE GROUP. WE HOPED WE COULD BRING OUR OWN MUSIC STAND AND MIC NEXT YEAR TO AVOID $50 EXTRA CHARGE. OTHER THAN THAT, WE ALL SEEMED SATISFIED AND NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE EXTRA MONEY TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING.

Everything right down to the music was excellent! Kudos to the Events Manager and staff for making our office party a success!

We have used MCC (Red Water Events) for several of our executive planning conferences. The venue is roomy, comfortable, and well suited to a small to medium-sized group. The food is very good and we ordered the beverage service. This makes things so easy on us. While there were some bumps with making sure things were setup timely, staff was friendly and very eager to please and rectified any issues as soon as they could. Service these days isn't great, but this venue is an exception. I would definitely recommend this venue and their amazing staff!

Our group of 13 had a very nice time at Lake Bluff Grille. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. We will return for our next event.
