Mount Prospect Public House 18 W Busse Ave, Mount Prospect, IL — right across from the Metra station and Village Hall in downtown Mount Prospect, with free parking. Looking for a party room with a pulse? Mount Prospect Public House is a working neighborhood pub that does private events properly — no banquet-hall beige, no stuffy ballroom. Just a warm, wood-and-brick room, a full bar, good food, and a staff that treats your party like it's our party. The spaces - The main dining room — our event space, set up your way - The main bar — classic pub bar, perfect for cocktail-style gatherings - The front bar & games lounge — darts, pool tables, and video gaming Host a private party in one space, a semi-private section of the room, or take the whole venue: 220 guests standing, with the main room seating 75 — and we can bring in additional tables and chairs to seat more. Events can also run outside regular business hours, so the schedule bends around your party, not the other way around. Food & bar packages Tiered food packages for groups of 20 or more — from appetizer-and-slider spreads up to full multi-course dinners with starters, salads, entrées, and sides. Bar packages range from beer, wine & seltzer through full premium open bar, and we also offer hosted bar, drink tickets, or cash bar. Prefer your own caterer? Outside catering is welcome from our preferred approved caterers — they handle the food, we handle the room and the bar. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll build the package around it. Built-in entertainment Our in-house DJ is available for private events, and the room comes with darts, pool tables, and video gaming — your guests are never standing around looking for something to do. What we host Birthday parties, corporate events and holiday parties, reunions, celebrations of life, fundraisers, rehearsal dinners, and team celebrations of every kind. (We're a pub, not a wedding hall — and that's exactly why parties here feel different.) Reach out with your date and headcount and we'll put together options. The best parties in Mount Prospect start here.
