Deposits Required: A $100 deposit is required for all functions, due when contract is finalized and signed. Deposits will be subtracted from total bill upon completion of function. Deposits may be larger for larger functions. Room schedule is tentative until deposit is received. Fees and Charges: Fees and charges may apply if minimum expenditures are not met. Please contact the location for specific details. All parties subject to WI state tax, and 18% gratuity charge. Cancellation of scheduled functions within 14 calendar days of scheduled date will result in the loss of any deposits paid. Beverage Policy: All functions must end by 1:00 a.m. No beverages may be brought into The Bar meeting and banquet room facilities by any patron and/or their attendees.
