DUE UP FRONT: $400 rental fee (indoor and outdoor) - 100 % required to reserve date. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Credit card authorization form on file. Up to $300 can be charged for repairs to possible damages. EVENT INSURANCE - Due one week prior to the event date: Event Insurance from www.theeventhelper.com - This policy is approximately $105 - This is required unless you are using a professional catering company with existing insurance policy. ADDITIONAL FEES: $150 flat fee for cleaning fee due the Friday before your event CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% Deposit will be kept if the date is cancelled.
