The prices below are general rental fees. Additional fees may apply to ticketed events, events with vendors, or any event with an elevated potential for damage. These fees will be levied at the gallery's discretion, and the client will be aware of the fees at time of booking. Contact the gallery for pricing for your specific event. Discounts may be available for registered 501(c)(3) organizations. The 501c3 certificate must be on file at the time of booking. The 25% deposit fee that is due at time of booking is non-refundable. Final payment is required by close of business one week prior to your event date. Cancellations that occur within 30 days of the event date must be paid in full.
