XO. Life Celebrations' founder and Director, Tracy B Richards, has quickly become one of Ontario's most sought-after Wedding Officiants & Life Celebrants. Tracy is excited to have recently located to Madoc, ON, and to serve the surrounding area including Centre Hastings, PEC/ Belleville & Peterborough.
Tracy and her team are passionate about the work they do and are highly trained, extremely professional, and deeply committed to creating meaningful, values-based, personalized ceremonies for every client they meet.
