The rental fees are $150 for up to 4 hours and $275 for over 4 hours. There is also a refundable $30 cleaning deposit. You are allowed an additional half an hour prior to your rental time and a half an hour after to assist set up and clean up. Your requested date is secured when nonrefundable payment is made in full. The space is allowed to hold up to 62 people when the tables and chairs are set up, but that is a very snug fit. We supply tables (10- 6 foot long, rectangular) and chairs. You are also welcome to use our microwave, oven (but no stovetop), and refrigerator. You will bring all of the food, drink, serving-ware, paper-ware, etc that you need. Alcohol is permitted to be served but only if it is served by an insured bartender or caterer. We require proof of that liability insurance prior to the rental date. You are welcome to decorate the space, but we ask that you do not tape anything to the walls. Balloons are not prohibited, but balloons that get loose in the rafters of the room will cause you to lose your cleaning deposit. If you have never seen our rental space, we encourage you come in for a visit first. We are open Mon-Sat., 9-4. It’s a good idea to schedule a visit to see it to make sure the room will be available when you come by.
