1930's Mediterranean Style Mansion on the Los Feliz Hills, in Los Angeles, CA. The Villa is located on 1 acre inside Griffith Park and it's situated directly below the Observatory.
The property comprises a main house (5000 sq/ft) that offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, along with two studio offices and a state of the art recording studio (Speakeasy Room Studio). The recording studio is available upon request.
The estate includes also a guest house, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms.
On top of amenities such as pool, outdoor fireplace, gazebo, bbq patio, we offer an all inclusive artist retreat package: a private chef and activities like pilates and yoga classes, outdoor trek sessions, surf lessons can be all arranged upon request.
