Our Los Angeles operations include our Michelin-starred steakhouse and butcher shop, Gwen; recently voted number 41 in World's Best Michelin Steak Restaurant Guide, a 6,000-square-foot bakery and commissary kitchen; and a 55-acre vineyard in the Santa Monica Mountains.
