Country Pines catering offers an affordable and flexible menu. With years of experience in the food industry we have created a menu that reflects our customer favorites. If you don't see a menu option that fits your needs let us know and we will be more than happy to create a customized menu for your event. Our typical event menus range from $13.75-$17.75 per person served buffet style.

Our venue here at Country Pines is far from your typical event space. We have an indoor/outdoor space that has been host to a variety of events such as wedding ceremonies, receptions, birthday parties, company events, retirement parties, retreats, and many more. Our outdoor deck space has a capacity of 275 and is fully covered to protect from rain or even the harsh sun. With a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of green space the possibilities are endless for your event. The inside gives you the barn feeling as well with newly installed wooden flooring and additional seating, even the restrooms have a country feel with corrugated metal on the walls.
Included in the rental is all of the set up and take down of our tables and chairs and also included is the table cloths (white/ivory). We meet with you before your event to discuss details as to how you would like the layout set up. We take the time to get to know you and as much about your event as possible so that we can meet and exceed your expectations.

Ironhorse Private Event Room is a classy yet comfortable atmosphere, making for a great place to host corporate events, private tailgates or sports events, business meetings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and holiday parties. The event room is located at 728 Q Street Suite B in the heart of the Historic Haymarket Lincoln.
Amenities include a full bar with bartender service, fireplace, large screen televisions, window seating, private sectioned seating and catering options.
The full bar features a wide assortment of barrel-aged cocktails, specialty and craft beers, unique wines and crafted classic and reinvented cocktail drinks. We also create custom cocktail menu's for that special occasion.
