Dear Kathy, I know that my wife Kathleen sent you and email, thanking you for a great job done for our daughter Colleen's wedding reception. But I just have to add. You and the entire staff that worked last Saturday night were outstanding! The service from everybody was IMPECCABLE! The Hall was beautifully decorated, the wall lights, the table decorations, the chair covers, the whole set-up of the room and the veranda was absolutely incredible! I have heard nothing but great compliments from several of the people who attended that special evening. A lot of people had remarked, that it was the best wedding reception they had ever attended. Many, many compliments on your staff and the great service. I sincerely want to thank everyone who worked that evening, because of them they made a very special occasion into one of the most spectacular evenings ever! Thanks for talking me into the roast beef. It was the best that I have ever had. And I know it was because of your great chef. Please thank him for me. What a great guy. He made sure that I was completely taken care of.
