My department, the Menard Family Initiative of UWL, housed our scholarship banquet at the La Crosse Distilling Co. I worked closely with their event coordinator, Chelsea, and she was great! Chelsea helped me create a food and beverage menu and provided a seating/table arrangement that met our party's needs. The food, beverages, and service were amazing! I received many compliments on the nights event, which couldn't have been pulled off without the space and service provided. I'd highly recommend hosting your event in their private mezzanine.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Space — An Eventective User from La Crosse, WI

We love The Distillery in general, so it was an easy pick to host our rehearsal dinner. The vibe of the place fit is very industrial, but the event space upstairs just seems more intimate. We had a buffet and expected our 40/50 guests to circulate in and out throughout the night. Instead, everyone was loving the food and drink so much that they weren't leaving! We were pretty much at capacity the entire 3-hour span of our event! With the 40-50 people, it was sometimes a little tight, but there were other table layouts we could have chosen, so this was on us - but again, we never thought everyone would stay the entire time! The space upstairs was also split nicely into the bar/buffet area and the eating/sitting area, so it was super easy to mingle and talk to everyone while also escaping over to the bar when a drink was needed. Chelsea, who coordinated the event as well as hosted the bar, was fantastic. A ton of people arrived at once and she was super efficient in getting out everyone's drinks and the young lady who was assisting with the buffet and clearing plates and everything was wonderful - and never once complained about my several requests for more chairs! Overall, a great location for a rehearsal dinner space and we were extremely happy with our decision!

I hosted my Walk to End Alzheimer's kickoff party at the La Crosse Distilling Co on Thursday, June 23, and the entire experience was first class and memorable. Chelsea Harr, their Event Coordinator, made planning and organizing leading up and during the event seamless and their entire team went above and beyond to help make it a success. The catered food they provided was delicious and enjoyed by all who attended, and the space was both gorgeous and user friendly. The La Crosse Distilling Co. worked well for our rehearsal dinner. We had roughly 30 guests, so we ordered two entree's (taco bar and slider bar). That seemed to work really well and we didn't have much food left over. We also gave each guest one drink ticket. Everyone seemed to have a good time. We could definitely see us using this spot again in the future.

I had a private cocktail class for my bachelorette party. It was a fantastic event. Hailey was great to work with planning everything ahead of time making sure it was the exactly event I wanted. Our bartender in the day was engaged with us and really wanted to teach us different skills. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Space for Smaller Get Togethers — An Eventective User from Fargo, ND

Our rehearsal dinner was perfect because of La Crosse Distilling Co and the staff! We hosted 30 people in the mezzanine for our rehearsal dinner during Covid-19. The space is gorgeous - pictures do not do it justice. The staff were phenomenal. The general manager checked in with my fiance throughout the night to make sure that things were meeting our expectations. We worked with Haley to book and create menu and timeline and she was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. The food was delicious. We had chips and guacamole for an appetizer and pork carnitas tacos and mixed green salad for the meal and guests raved about all of it. There are some guacamole snobs in my family and they said this guac was the best they've had. The drink were also delicious. We choose the mule, margarita and old fashioned for our guests and all were good. This place was awesome and I would recommend it to everyone. We were so impressed with everything.
