James Hale Photography has been providing Event photography for groups such as the MS Society, the American Heart Association and other non-profit group events, private events such as corporate Christmas parties and celebrations and large family events such as 75 year Anniversary parties for over 10 years. We can provide from 1 to as many photographers as are needed to cover your event. For most charities, we will provide photographers for a small deposit, and minimally for other events.
We will provide photography coverage for certified non-profit and charity events. The base price is simply to reserve the spot in our calendar for the event. We will provide as many photographers as needed to cover your event. Once the event is over, you will receive a DVD with all event photographs on it for use. If images are to be used for advertising, please notify us ahead of time as this will require a different contract. All images will be available within 7 days in an online gallery for all participants to download web-ready digital images of. Prints and high-resolution images will be available for a nominal fee directly from the online gallery.
A reservation fee of $50 is required upon booking with us which is required to reserve the spot on our calendar and no other payment is required prior to the event. The reservation fee will be refunded if the even is canceled, in writing, more than 15 days prior to the event, otherwise, if the event is canceled within the 15 day window, unless the event is being canceled due to weather and will be rescheduled, the reservation fee will be forfeited. We can accept most major credit cards, cash (in person only) and corporate checks as payment. Payment is due upon booking. Speak to us about any discounts or specials being offered at the time.

Will provide candid and group photographs (if desired) at your corporate event.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated total price is required upon booking to reserve the date and time on our calendar. The remaining 50% will be due and payable within 15 days of the completed event. All cancellations must be made in writing and received at least 14 days prior to the event in order to be refunded your deposit. Any cancellations made within the 14 day window prior to the event will forfeit their deposit.
For all of our events, we provide an online, digital gallery link to you so that you can provide this to your participants. Photos will be available within 7 days of the end of the event. Web-resolution photos can be freely downloaded.
