KCs oldest ballroom, Drexel Hall has been entertaining guests in style for more than 100 years. Weekday pricing is $2,495 with weekend rates $3,495-$3,950, depending on day. Rental is for 12 hours, with only one event scheduled per day. Inclusions: Rental is for 12-hour block of time* and includes all tables and chairs. Security is provided for first hour of guest arrival to assist with parking. Audio-visual package and post-event cleaning package are optional add-ons. Additional packages available for small events, such as reunions, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, baby and wedding showers, beginning at $750 for 4 hours. Hourly rates available for weekday meetings.

Terms and Conditions

50% payment of rental fee due at contract signing; balance due within 30 days. Additional damage deposit due 30 days prior to event.
