About Modern Love

Hi, I am Gabriella! First thing you need to know about me is this: I love Love. Every messy, inspiring, wild, challenging part about it. I love learning about it, witnessing it, and most of all honoring it when I get to marry two like souls. I decided to become an ordained minister because I wanted to fill my life with the energy that exists when two people commit themselves to each other for life. I, like the Ancient Greeks, have a view of love which is essentially based around education. Love is a benevolent process whereby two people try to teach each other how to become the best versions of themselves. For me there’s nothing better than getting to see the conception of this conscious coupling when a couple says “I do". I try to guide my clients towards vows and a ceremony that is authentic and embraces their personalities. I will incorporate any traditions, whether religious, cultural, or personal into your ceremony. Most clients find the process of creating the ceremony as a fun and collaborative experience. While leaning about you both individually and as a couple, I will create a unique personalized ceremony that does your love story the justice it deserves. We can meet in person, talk over the phone, or communicate via email. My husband was terrified to do his vows out loud, so I totally understand if you prefer I read them for you! We make it work no matter the circumstance. In terms of me- I am dog obsessed, a foodie, and artist/educator by trade. I pride myself on my compassion, creativity, and sense of humor. So...Let's get to know each other. I can't wait to meet you both!!
