New Park Event Venue & Suites can host a wide range of celebrations and gatherings. We welcome weddings (including outdoor, indoor, and small ceremonies), bridal and baby showers, formal parties, anniversary celebrations, graduation dinners, retirement parties, banquets, corporate retreats, business meetings, and various other events.
New Park has two indoor areas for events -- The Wish Room and The Pavilion -- and each has adjacent outdoor areas for your celebration. The Wish Room is suitable for events with up to 40 guests, and in nice weather, the firepit becomes part of the party. From April to October, tents adjacent to the Pavilion expand hosting capacity to 225 people for a seated dinner. But in the off-season, the tents come down, so the capacity of the climate-controlled Pavilion is 100 people.
Diamond on Seneca, our sister venue, serves as our in-house catering provider and can handle both food and bartending services. But we also welcome outside caterers and vendors, and we have suggestions if you want them. All alcohol services must comply with state laws, and we can discuss custom bar packages or cash bar options.
Yes, New Park Event Venue & Suites features six exquisitely designed suites that can collectively sleep up to 20-22 people. These accommodations provide the perfect opportunity for you and your closest family and friends to enjoy a destination event weekend on-site.
You can check our current date availability on our website at www.newparkeventvenue.com/availability. But you can always ask us to check a date or time for you, too!
For events that do not include overnight accommodations for all guests, activities generally conclude by 10:30 PM. However, if you opt for a full property buy-out and all attendees are staying in our suites, we can extend your celebration with an 'after-party' until 2 AM. Please note that quiet hours for all guests staying on the property begin at 10:30 PM.
New Park is not 100% wheelchair-accessible, but it is still navigable for many people with mobility issues. Most of the suites at New Park are step-free or include just one or two steps. We also have a golf cart we use to help shuttle people across the grounds, especially to the ceremony space in the woods. New Park's grounds are quite flat, so it’s pretty easy to get around the property without climbing stairs. However, there is a lot of gravel, and the sidewalks have uneven stones in some places. We do not recommend wearing super high heels.
