Gola Osteria creates as many items as possible from scratch. Pasta is made by hand. Vegetables are pickled or marinated and roasted in house. We hand pull cheeses on the day of our events. Items that have to be ordered from an outside vendor are of the highest quality and imported from Italy. We offer bar, buffet , drop-off , pick-up and plated dinner service. We work with you to tailor the portions to your needs. We will keep the stations full and beautiful and the passed hors d’oeuvres flowing for the entire event! We can customize these packages however you like by accommodating any substitutions from the catering menu. Custom desserts and cakes available. We can order any beer and wine, local or imported.
