Mark Holden was born in Manchester, United Kingdom and has been a professional chef for over 29 years.
He started his career working in one of the most prestigious hotels in the Lake District and has since worked at Manchester United and has cooked for royalty at major racecourses and Wembley.
Before Mark joined Eurodiet he was a freelance chef working all over the world, running kitchens for top companies and celebrity chefs such as Aldo Zilli, Paul Rankin, Brian Turner, Paul Heathcote and Albert Roux at major events and festivals.
