The property consists of a large venue situated on an acre and a half of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor celebration. The venue can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 125 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 2400 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property encompasses a pond, oak trees, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.
