We offer 2 spaces our small room holds 20 guests with 400sqft of meeting space, great for small business meetings.
Our larger space is 1050 sq ft and we can host 60 guests comfortably, great space for receptions, baby showers, trainings, parties and much more -
We provide black table linen, all day rental, and client can bring in their own food & beverage without a hotel fee.

We had a baby shower and it was great. The price was not outrageous and they worked really well with us on setup time and take down time. The lady in charge of reservations was very helpful. We were allowed to bring our own food, which many places would not allow. The Housing Staff were AMAZING!! They watched our trash cans and emptied as needed. The Front Desk lady was very friendly and helpful with our guest. We had a great time and I would definitely use them again if I needed the space. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I have ZERO complaints! Thank you so much to everyone involved
