We are delighted to host a variety of events, including birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, corporate gatherings, food festivals, mixers, banquets, and other special occasions.
Our versatile event spaces can comfortably accommodate a wide range of guest counts. Our 2,200 sq. ft. event room can host up to 150 guests, while our 4,400 sq. ft. event room and Hamilton Ballroom are suitable for larger events, accommodating 150 to 300 guests depending on the specific room and setup.
Rental rates vary by event space. Our 2,250 sq. ft. half ballroom (Hamilton A or Hamilton B) is available for $750.00++, and our 4,500 sq. ft. full-size ballroom (Hamilton Ballroom) is available for $1,500.00++.
Yes, all event space rentals are subject to a 22% service charge and 6% Michigan state sales tax.
Event space rental typically includes up to 6 hours of usage, professional setup of tables and chairs, and basic tablecloths in black or white.
Yes, we do allow outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that we do not offer catering services directly. For caterers, we provide access to one hot box, one cold box, a small prep space, and a sink.
Absolutely, we welcome outside vendors to ensure your cultural traditions are accommodated for your event.
Yes, we offer special group rates for guests requiring overnight accommodations. We can offer a courtesy block of 10 rooms per night; once the initial 10 rooms are booked, we have the option to add more as needed based on availability. We can do that until the cutoff date, or the hotel sells above 80%, whichever comes first. The cutoff date is 30 days before the first date of arrival; any rooms not booked by the cutoff date are released with no penalty to you. If you prefer a block with more than 10 rooms per night, there will be an 80% attrition clause and a group cancellation clause added to the agreement.
Yes, a deposit of $250.00 is required to hold your desired date and event space. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your event.
