Ellijay RiverSpace is a versatile venue suitable for a wide range of events, including weddings, receptions, elopements, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties (for all ages), graduation parties, family reunions, corporate events, retreats, meetings, memorial services, engagement parties, gender reveal parties, holiday parties, and church services. We also welcome unique gatherings like podcast filming.
The total capacity for the rental areas at Ellijay RiverSpace is 150 guests, including 100 in the RiverBarn Studios and 20 each in the Cottage Corner and Pavilion. Additional space for 10 guests is available in the RiverSide Loft + Sunroom.
Our venue rental typically includes a spacious stage, seating with tables and chairs, a complimentary gift table, food and buffet tables, a large commercial beverage refrigerator, and a prep kitchen equipped with an electric cooktop, microwaves, refrigerator, deep freezer, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, and hot water kettle. We also provide full access to our beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, including the serene riverside setting. For many events, tablecloths, table runners, chair covers, and chair sashes are included to match your event theme.

I first reached out through eventective to find a place to throw a bridal shower for my best friend. Nikita from Elijay River Space reached out right away and informed me of what she had to offer. She was very quick to respond each time I reached out with any questions. When I first met Nikita she was so nice and inviting. The venue is located right outside of Downtown Elijay and it is gorgeous. The reception room is separate from a kitchen and cafe space. The tables and setup were all included and Nikita was able to accommodate all of our needs. You really do have to see it to get the real sense of the beauty of it, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend using this space for your parties, smaller weddings, or any event for your friends and family!
