I work for a medium sized company in Dallas and a lot of the times we have meetings in our office that need to be catered. We had an office lady that used to help us with that, but she always got bbq from a chain or sandwich trays from a grocery store. This was inappropriate for the clientele we had a lot of the time so when the meetings were very important I got the duty of procuring the catering. I tried two or three before I found Andrew Ormsby Catering, and I don't think I have to do any more looking. They are definitely not the cheapest caterer, but they have about a hundred different entrees to choose from and they serve them plated at your work place so you don't have to make the executives from some company you are trying to woo make their own sandwich. They have great, really great good. Last month we got this Blackened New York steak with butternut squash that was one of the best meals I've ever had. In addition to their great food they have great customer service. I can call them up, tell them when I need them, how many plates I need and give them just a couple of requirements and they come up with the meal. I can tell them seafood, they get us seafood. I can tell them to keep the price to this many dollars per plate, and they do that. I can ask them to give us something new, and they keep track of all the things they've given us before, so we can get something new. They are truly first rate, so give them a try because they are probably going to be cheaper than entertaining your clients at a restaurant, and they give you better food!
