Do not take down chairs, tables, tablecloths, or chair covers provided by venue. They should be left as provided to renter, even if they are dirty. Lights must be turned off at the end of your event. The trash is to be taken out the back door to the garbage bin adjacent to the unit. Trash must be placed inside the bin, not outside or left on the side. AC / Heat must be turned off at the end of event. Front and back door must be checked to ensure that both doors are locked. Avoid using confetti, rice, glitter, handheld candles, bird seeds, sparklers, or similar materials. Be aware of the location of fire extinguishers and sprinklers. Obtain permission for alcohol consumption. Refrain from using smoke or fog machines. Pay a fee of $1,000 plus damages if the fire alarm is triggered due to negligence. Avoid attaching anything to the walls or doors. Hire a police officer for events involving alcohol, exceeding certain capacity, or ending after 11 pm (at $50/hour, 4-hour minimum). Use only enclosed flame candles. Prohibit narcotics, subject to a $1,000 fine plus penalties. Deflate and dispose of balloons by the event's end. Remove trash to avoid forfeiture of the cleaning deposit. Leave the premises in its original condition. Be responsible for event setup and breakdown of all items that renter brings. Renter is responsible to ensure that all venders restore premises to its original condition. Prohibit gambling, maintain reasonable music levels, and ensure attendees vacate by the end of the reservation. Prevent guests from congregating in the parking lot. Ensure child supervision at all times; children must remain inside the venue unless departing.
