The Heritage Barn is a wedding and event venue on about 30 acres in Conover, just minutes from Hickory. Couples choose from three outdoor ceremony sites plus an indoor option, then celebrate in the Grand Hall, which seats up to 125 guests, or up to 140 with dancing moved to the Cocktail Room or outdoors. With a bridal suite, a groom's lounge and nine distinct spaces, it's a flexible, rain-or-shine setting for weddings, showers, birthdays and celebrations of all kinds. Nine distinct spaces: the Grand Hall, Walnut Grove, the Meadow, the Hillside, the Bridal Suite, the Groom's Lounge, the Cocktail Room, the Patios and the Flower Field. Rain or shine: if the weather turns, the ceremony moves indoors to the Grand Hall. Tents are available on request. Beer and wine bar service is provided by our bartending team, with liquor service available as an add-on on request. There's no in-house catering: couples bring the caterer of their choice, and a caterer's kitchen is on site. Grand Hall of about 1,600 sq ft with 16-ft ceilings and 5,000+ sq ft of covered barn area.
