SouthPark Church offers versatile event spaces suitable for a wide range of occasions including wedding ceremonies and receptions, anniversary and birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, corporate meetings, seminars, fundraisers, concerts, art classes, ministry events, and celebration of life services.
Our venue features multiple indoor and outdoor multi-purpose event spaces. The Crossroads space is ideal for social events, accommodating around 40 guests for intimate gatherings like baby showers. The 4th Floor, also known as the Bandstand Theater, can host up to approximately 265 guests in a theater-style setup or about 150 guests with round tables.
While we work with preferred caterers who can prepare a variety of cuisines, we are open to discussing options for outside food and beverages. For events involving alcohol, particularly beer and wine offered by donation and not resold, a special permit may not be required. We encourage discussing your specific food and beverage needs during the booking process.
Yes, our event rentals typically include the exclusive use of the chosen space, along with standard tables, chairs, and linens. Set-up, tear-down, and cleaning services are also generally included in the rental fee.
Yes, A/V equipment and technical support are available for your event. There is a flat cost for A/V services, which can range from approximately $300 for a basic slideshow setup to $500 for a dedicated A/V technician, depending on your event's specific requirements. You may also utilize your own professional A/V personnel.

We can provide an event packet detailing our offerings and are happy to schedule a phone consultation or an in-person tour to discuss your specific event needs. Following this, a detailed agreement will be provided for your review and electronic signature.
Rental rates vary based on the specific event space, duration, and day of your event. For example, a half-day rental for our Crossroads space can be around $1,000, while the 4th Floor (Bandstand Theater) may be $4,000 for a Saturday event, or $800 for a shorter service with additional A/V costs. We provide personalized quotes based on your event's details.
Yes, we are experienced in accommodating multi-date, weekly, bi-monthly, and long-term rentals. This includes events such as ongoing school year programs, recurring art classes, or regular ministry services. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs for an extended rental agreement.
As a church venue, we respectfully require information regarding the officiating minister or organization for religious services. This may include providing an ordination license, and approval from our Senior Pastor may be sought to ensure alignment with our venue's mission. Non-denominational services are welcome.

We held our recent 225+ person all employee staff meeting at SouthPark Church. Don't let the name fool you. This is a quality venue with amazing meeting and networking space. An incredible and talented accommodating team took care of all of our needs. They have a list of preferred caterers they may need to add to, but we really enjoyed our experience. Can't wait to return in the future.
