Deep Roots CPS Farm is the urban farm located on a family homestead in North-West Charlotte, NC - growing on 7 acres. We grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, fruits, beekeeping, and are raising goats, hens, and broiler chickens. We also share best practices in sustainable living, including urban agriculture, regenerative farming, beekeeping, canning and preserving foods. The property can accommodate small to medium size groups. We have outdoor tents to accommodate groups. The set up is outdoors on the farm. The tents are sized from 10x10 up to 20x40. Chairs and tables are also provided. We also have a 12x12 off grid tiny house with a fire pit and side deck on the farm for small/medium size gatherings. One of the highlights of hosting an event at Deep Roots CPS is the culinary experience. The farm takes pride in its farm-to-table approach, offering catered meals prepared by a skilled chef. These meals are crafted using fresh produce directly harvested from the farm, ensuring that guests enjoy not only the flavors of authentic, locally-sourced ingredients but also the nutrition of freshly picked, organic produce. This approach not only enhances the dining experience but also supports sustainable agriculture practices.
