This open-design venue offers options for 50 - 100 people, based on preferences for indoor, outdoor, or “a combination of both” events. With espresso service, a plant-based restaurant, bakery and a full bar, including craft cocktails, wine, beer, and a “zero-proof” menu of non-alcoholic options, catering is easy and fun. There are tall windows all along the side and front of the restaurant, with custom blinds to be used as preferred, and the front wall of windows opens up completely to two patios out front, with a nana wall and motorized screen option. There is also a small park across from the front patio with Adirondack chairs, too. Stylish heaters can be added for any outdoor events on cooler evenings. The surrounding speakers inside are set up for preferred playlists, there is seamless WiFi, and a variety of pendant lighting, chandeliers, and assorted lights in the guest areas that are all dimmable. There are two private bathrooms and plenty of seating options - from high-top tables and restaurant tables to bar seats and lounge chairs. There is an option projection and large screen in the main area, as well as a 70-in Art TV in the smaller private dining room. An excellent location in Chapel Hill, just minutes from downtown and close to major roadways. There is also a parking garage right next door, as well as on-street parking. A valet service can be added in, as well.
