The Crane Brook building dates back to the 1700's. The Crane Brook Restaurant is a unique event space you feel in the soul as well as the eyes. It is a piece of historical heaven in the deep woods of Carver seated at the Sampson Pond. The sunset views from the oversized deck gazebo and private garden are surreal. The hardwood floors are original and are over 150 years old, as well as our piano, dating back to the 1800's. The Crane Brook restaurant team takes personal pride in hosting your special event to your personalized requirements. Our indoor guest capacity is 95 and our outdoor capacity is 150 Our team of Chefs have created an extensive menu with generous portions incorporating farm to table beef dishes, locally caught fresh seafood and locally harvested vegetables. We offer a choice of hors d'oeuvres events, buffet events and seated plated dinner events. The food choices are offered from a selection of an hors d'oeuvres menu, a la cart menu and in addition to The Queen Charlotte, The King George ||| and Bartlett Murdock packages. The packages are named in honor of the history of the Crane Brook Building. Additionally, we offer our guest a paired wine and cocktail menus. In order to host a quality personalized event- to you, our guests, Crane Brook restaurant requires a food and beverage minimum for hosted events with guests over 25.
