Amenities: • 16’ ceiling clearances • 14’ high ground-level loading dock • bathroom/shower • kitchenette • heating Pricing: Special Events with 11 or fewer guests can be rented on an hourly basis for $170 an hour. Events with 12 or more guests will require a full day rental (10 hours) for $1600 with a fee of $170 an hour after 10 hours. Cancellation Policy: All bookings must be paid in full in advance of the event commencing and are non refundable up to 72 hours prior to the event commencement. Any events cancelled before 72 hours, WMA LP will retain 50% of the the booking fee to cover any potential loss of earnings that might be incurred. Rules: • No animals • No open flames • No pyrotechnics • No smoking Availability: We can operate a up to a 12 hour day, working between 8am and 9pm daily. Each job is subject to individual review and approval.
