A pristine setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, bridal luncheons and other special events, The Four Chimneys will enchant your special occasion — and your photographs for years to come.
The Four Chimneys Inn and restaurant takes pride in attending to every detail of your corporate event so that you can focus on what’s important to you — your business. All told, The Four Chimneys can accommodate parties up to 64 people (seated dinner) or 85 people (reception style) inside in our three separate, yet adjoining rooms.
The original building dates to 1783 when it was the home of the Reverend David Avery, 2nd pastor of the Old First Church.
In the 1950’s the mansion was a booming fine dining restaurant serving such celebrity clientele as Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton and Walt Disney. Norman Rockwell is even said to have painted a scene in the main dining room. (although we can’t seem to locate it!)
In recent years the mansion was converted into a quiet country inn and fine dining restaurant. Totally refurbished, the Four Chimneys brings you all of the modern day amenities while maintaining its elegance and old world charm.
