Please inquire for holiday rates. **Six hour rentals apply only to non-wedding events. All weddings are required to rent the space for a minimum of 10 hours. Amenities: Exclusive use of entire event space Ability to section off areas of the venue by using white draping Tables and chairs for 200 guests Bridal suite loft & private restroom Groom’s loft & private restroom Crystal chandeliers and other decorative lighting Catering prep kitchen A security officer An on-site manager for the entirety of your rental time Rentals of the Brodie Homestead include use of the space for the 10 hours between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM. This includes time for event set up and tear down. Additional set up hours may be purchased for $300 per hour. Events with over 200 guests will be charged an additional $50/hour fee for the additional security officer (required). In order to reserve a date, 50% of the rental fee is due upon signing a contract. Ninety (90) days before the event takes place, the remainder of the rental fee is due along with a $1,000 refundable security deposit fee. If the rental fee is paid in full upon booking, the customer will receive a 5% discount.
