The new building at A Street and 64th Avenue conveniently located off of C Street and Dowling, we are able to accommodate up to 115 people.
Our modern building offers a beautiful creek side setting for a multitude of functions. Designed to be a functional, state of the art multi-tenant building, it features a large rentable Conference Center on the first floor.
Convenient, free on-site parking for tenants and guests.
We have side catering kitchen, you can supply your own food, or contact a caterer of your choice. We are able to accommodate guest functions - Monday thru Friday - 8am - 12am We are currently Closed all Weekends.
Included with your rental are coffee/tea/water service, access to the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, teleconference capability, projector/screens, and whiteboard/markers.

The Megan room was a perfect place for a dinner party that we held for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. They have everything. We have rented venues where we have to haul tables, sound systems, projectors. This place had it all. All the guests were impressed.
