How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The venue comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests for a formal seated celebration while still allowing space for a dance floor, DJ area, bar service, food station, and a decorated focal point. Workshops, seminars, corporate events, cocktail-style gatherings, and other flexible layouts may accommodate up to 70 attendees using high-top tables, open seating, or standing-room configurations. Open-house events or gatherings with a continuous flow of guests may allow for a different setup, but capacity is reviewed case by case and must comply with the venue’s occupancy, safety, layout, and event requirements.

What is included with a standard venue rental at Evo Space & Studio?

A standard venue rental includes a fully furnished, open-concept space with a lounge area and comfortable seating, up to six round dining tables, three 6-foot rectangular tables for food, catering, gifts, or displays, four high-top tables, and 60 white wooden folding chairs. Additional chairs may be available for an extra fee. The venue also includes a large flat-screen TV with an HDMI cable for presentations and visual displays, a professional sound system with Bluetooth connectivity and a microphone for speeches, music, and announcements, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to a greenery and wooden photo backdrop, a food preparation area with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and countertop, a private dressing room or lounge with an additional restroom, private parking, adjustable ceiling and wall lighting, and windows that provide natural light. Final furniture placement and setup depend on the event layout, guest count, and venue requirements.
