However we work very hard with vendor to get you discount of caterers, venues, florists, linens, hotels and so on so the fee you pay us is paid through the discounts We do the following: • Unlimited in-person meetings as well as phone & email contact. • Detailed budget planner. • Complete Wedding Day Design. • Guest List Spreadsheet Template. • Guidance with etiquette and other formalities. • Ceremony & Reception venue selection. • Vendor selection.... to fit your style, personality, and budget. • Schedule vendor appointments around your schedule. • Ongoing vendor maintenance. • Review & negotiate vendor contracts. • Guest Accommodations. • Guest & Bridal Party transportation. • Schedule Salon & Spa appointments. • Wedding stationary design and/or selection. • Create detailed & informative itinerary for wedding day and other activities. • Communicate timeline to all vendors prior to wedding. (Everyone needs to be on the same schedule.) • Final Vendor Confirmations. • Rehearsal Coordination & Direction • Unlimited on-site Wedding Day Management, including at least two assistant. • Serve as Personal Assistant to Bride & Groom. • Coordinate, Manage, and Troubleshoot on your wedding day to create the Fabulous Wedding of your Dreams. • Set up of details not handled by vendors ~ place DIY projects, programs, favors, escort/place cards, menus, signage, etc… guest book table, gift table. • Choreograph ceremony ~ instruct wedding party of duties & placement as well as cueing the music. • Wedding Reception ~ coordinate all activities to ensure beautiful flow. • And much, much more!
