Our venue is an 3,400 sq. ft which includes a 7 hour rental ( 2 hour set up, 1 hour break down, 4 hours for your actual event). Your rental will include 72' round tables, Ghost Chiavari Chairs, Kitchenette( Countertop, microwave, sink, refrigerator) , 2 bathrooms, and Bar & Lounge area. Outside catering is allowed, as well as vendors, all companies will need to have insurance. We are open to all types of events such as Parties, Birthday, Cooperate Events, Baby showers, Bridal Showers, Weddings & Receptions and so much more. You can rent additional in house items from us such as a 360 Photo Booth, Selfie Photo Booth, Double Love Seat Throne Chair, Champagne- Wine Wall, Red Carpet, Cocktail Tables etc.
