People Often Ask
We deliver throughout Wylie and the greater Dallas area. Delivery fees are based on distance and order size — we'll confirm yours with your quote.
The sooner the better, especially for weekends and peak season. We recommend reserving four to eight weeks out, but reach out anytime and we'll do our best to make it work.
No minimum if you're picking up. Delivery outside Wylie and the immediate surrounding area carries a $100 order minimum.
Delivery orders come with simple front door drop-off. Prefer to hand it all off? We also offer white-glove setup and breakdown for an added fee.
A 25% deposit secures your date, with the balance due one week before your event. Pay securely through our online payment provider, or choose cash or Zelle if you'd rather.
Normal wear and tear of rental items happens. Significant damage or loss can result in a fee up to the cost of the item, which we'll always talk through with you.
Absolutely! Most items are available for free pickup, except for certain items such as large tents and photo booths.
