Chateau Ste. Michelle is more than a venue for corporate events or celebrations – it’s an unforgettable wine and food experience. Our banquet room is the perfect location to host larger groups in elegance and style. Its classic decor includes a barrel-vaulted ceiling, chandeliers, a large fireplace and original artwork collection. It can seat up to 200 guests. Our Manor House is an ideal setting for a unique and intimate dining experience. Event capacity ranges from 60 for reception-style or 48 seated comfortably.
The Factory Luxe is a sumptuous event space with a rich Seattle history. We chose the name The Factory Luxe because it represents the unique dual nature of the place. The outside is an intriguing reminder of an industrial by-gone era of the historic Rainier Brewery while the inside is cozy and luxurious. The combination makes for an exciting space to meet, celebrate and have a good time!
The Factory Luxe is 2 miles south of downtown and 2 miles north of Georgetown, an especially unique neighborhood with one-of-a-kind restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, saloons, and cafes. The area is diverse and friendly, consisting largely of musicians, bohemians, artists, blue-collar workers and young professionals.
Originally named The Mountain Room, the space was built in the 1950's as part of the Rainier Brewery for their tasting room and to host special events. Since then, it has been used as an event space for all kinds of gatherings, meetings and celebrations. Most recently, it was used as Tully’s conference/event room and barista training center. Since acquiring it in March 2014, we have returned it to its original purpose as a unique and cozy space for private events.
Its main 2,500 square foot room features a large high quality hardwood floor, perfect for dancing, along with a modest stage with sound equipment and vintage theater lighting. It also has a 17' long bar perfect for service bar and seated bar service. There is also a very large gas fireplace which gives the room a nice ambiance.
The Factory Luxe can hold up to 200 for reception, 100 for theater style seating and 96 for seated dinners, making it the perfect Seattle mid-size venue. The Factory also has a back room called “The Vault Room” because of the large brick vaulted entryway. This room acts as a back lounge with its own independent music system and cozy atmosphere. It is approximately 600 square feet and also has a hidden green room space with vanity bar and lighting for dressing before your big event!

The Aerie Ballroom is a historic events facility available year round to host your wedding, banquet, dance, business meeting, class reunion and more. There is an extraordinary 2,800 square foot space - The Grand Ballroom which contains a unique formal balcony and a soaring twenty foot high ceiling, lending elegant refinement to your event. The 800 square foot Banquet Hall features an antique cherry wood back bar built in the 1800's. An adjoining commercial kitchen can be rented as well if you would like to hire a caterer or prepare your own food.
