EXCELLENT — An Eventective User

I won’t be able to say enough great things about Rustic Elegance. The Owners/Managers/Caretakers (all 3 are one) are top of the line. You will be in need of, well, nothing. All was taken care of. A - Z. Charming venue Manager(s), hard at it to make sure your guests are wow’ed, felt special, taken care of, safe, in awe. I’m telling you. We were in need of nothing to make our event a great time in this venue. We were cared for and knew someone was immediately at hand if there were to be a time we may have needed anything. Beautiful rustic place for any event that wants to shine! It’s a must to check out. Everyone that attended could not say enough. My sister, who the event was held in celebration of for her retirement, felt ‘Heaven on earth’. And when we had to leave we had such wonderful attitudes (4 of us clearing up) because of the ‘amazing time’ the attendees had because of Rustic Elegance, we didn’t mind the clearing! Many thanks and blessings to Jodie and John Eaden for presenting us with such an attractive, clean, safe, and extraordinary environment. Kudos and blessings to them for their giving and their caring hearts. Notes: parking is plentiful, good kitchen, restrooms, food prep and serve area, surrounding deck overlooking beautiful grounds, seating area for a quiet or relaxing moment, large event area for all one’s needs …. Awesome Venue for High School Prom — An Eventective User from Woodbury, TN

It doesn't take long looking through reviews and their website to know that this is an exceptionally beautiful venue. The whole place is a photo op. The natural landscape which includes a creek and waterfall is gorgeous. Really though, the owners and their customer service is what stands out the most. John and Jodi went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the door to view the venue until we got in our cars after the event. They didn't hover during the event but were available at the drop of a hat when I had a question or needed assistance. We hosted 64 teenagers for a Junior/Senior prom. Jodi set up the deck with cocktail tables for our VIP guests, we had a punch table for those students also. Additionally, they assisted with setting up our centerpieces and table settings in the dinner hall (barn) when they didn't have to. We had the venue reserved for the day before, so we were able to utilize the kitchen's fridge to chill refreshments, get things set up for our volunteers and make sure we understood how to use the A/V system for a slideshow highlighting seniors so that everything ran smoothly during the event. 10/10 - we will be back. I would highly recommend you book a visit and get a quote. You really will not be disappointed. This is truly a hidden gem in Woodbury, TN but it's not going to stay hidden forever with the way they do business there. John and Jodi are a truly a top-notch class act duo.
