The TownePlace Suites Potomac Mills Woodbridge is located just off of I-95, by Potomac Mills Mall and just 20 miles from Washington DC. Our guests enjoy spacious suites with full kitchens, free breakfast, an indoor Saline pool, fitness facility and Guest Laundry. Our outdoor patio with firepit and Weber Grills, is a great place to gather or socialize. Outside licensed, insured catering is allowed and encouraged.
Meeting space is divisible by 2 and has windows with natural light. The outdoor patio just off of the meeting space makes a great addition for a reception, breaks etc. We follow the US and State of Virginia HHS guidelines which may alter the Max Capacity (80 people) of our Potomac Ballroom based on the current guidelines.

The hotel staff and the manager, April, were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The venue was great—very spacious and comfortably accommodated our 80 guests. The prices were very reasonable, and tables and chairs were included, which made everything even more convenient. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future events. Highly recommend!

I had my husbands 60th birthday party here. It was so beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Stephanie is awesome. The rooms are soooo nice. I recommend staying here.
