The Stocked Pot & Company Culinary Team Building Activities and Events has two locations: Winston-Salem and Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina. We create events all over North Carolina, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Charlotte, Chapel Hill, Burlington, Durham, Raleigh, Greenville, Fayetteville, Jacksonville, New Bern, Wilmington, and Morehead City.
Our team-building style is used as a tool to break down barriers and teach valuable skills through the common bond of food, by appreciating each other’s contributions and working together.
We take care of the planning and execution so you will be free to focus on the reason for the event rather than the event details. We enhance the experience by adding special touches and surprises with personal meaning for your company.

Our Culinary Team Building Events bring co-workers together to improve communication, hone problem-solving skills, build morale, and have fun. Each person contributes their own personal skills to make great food together as part of a team and this becomes the focus for sharing, responsibility and making the most of each person’s individual skills. All teams work toward a common goal from preparing the food using tools of the trade, cooking the food with precise timing, and plating the food.
You can pick from our charitable event “Cooking For A Cause,” an exciting “Iron Chef Style” cook off competition that gives back to a local homeless shelter, a Nailed It Style Cake Decorating Competition or our very popular and fun Cake Makeovers Competition. Spending time together is a proven way to get the inspiration and the bonding flowing.
